SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed in Southern California and ship out using USPS first class/priority shipping. Your order will be updated with the tracking number once the order has been shipped, sent via email. Unfortunately, due to the variance in other countries and their compliance laws, International orders do not receive a tracking number. If international orders receive tracking numbers they will be sent via email.
Orders for decals, and banners do not receive a tracking number.
Decal and banner orders are processed within a couple days, and shipped. If you ordered from outside of the United States, it will take longer to get to you as the package has to clear your countries customs.
INTL Orders: SUBIEWERKS is not responsible for any duties, tax, or customs fees in any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees.

Sales for decals, banners, accessories (including mystery boxes) and other products are final and returns are not accepted.
Limited edition item sales are final.
All apparel order sales are final.
