RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders including decals, banners, accessories (including mystery boxes) and other products are final returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Limited edition item sales are final, all apparel order sales are final
All sales are final.
Orders are processed in Southern California and ship out using USPS first class/priority shipping. Tracking numbers are sent via email once orders have shipped. Unfortunately, due to the variance in other countries and their compliance laws, it is up to your country's postal service to update your tracking.
Please allow for 3-5 business days to process the order; all apparel is made to order.
Orders for decals, and banners do not receive a tracking number if ordered by themselves.
INTL Orders: SUBIEWERKS is not responsible for any duties, tax, or customs fees in any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees.
International orders may take anywhere from two weeks to a month and a half to arrive as it depends on your country's post system and customs.
