RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders for decals, banners, accessories (including mystery boxes) and other products are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Limited edition item sales are final, all apparel order sales are final

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed in Southern California and ship out using USPS first class/priority shipping. All shirt, hoodie, and sweatshirt orders get tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are sent via email once orders have shipped.
Please allow for 3-5 business days to process the order; all apparel is made to order.
Orders for decals, and banners do not receive a tracking number if ordered by themselves.
INTL Orders: SUBIEWERKS is not responsible for any duties, tax, or customs fees in any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees. And are limited to one outerwear item, two or more may be subject to more shipping charges.
SUBIEWERKS ships orders to the address you provided in the order, if the order comes back or does not arrive to address you used when ordering, SUBIEWERKS is not responsible, and buyer is responsible to cover the cost of reshipping the order.
International orders may take anywhere from two weeks or longer to arrive as it depends on your country's distance, postal system and customs processing.
Order cancellation, if requested by the customer are subject to a 15% fee to cover time and work involved processing order
